   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Findiso support was added.
   * Force to make [hs]d[a-z] is nice device in scripts/live.
   * Nameserver assigned in boot parameter was added.
   * A patch was added to make multiple NICs linked case work (updated for all netboot*.config).
   * A patch to force DNS is enabled in initrd was added.
   * A patch to configure "auto" (for Ubuntu) instead of "allow-hotplug" (for Debian) for NIC was added.
   * Make all tty[2-6].conf not to start in the beginning (as tty1.conf does). Otherwise live-config will be started after init (upstart) is started.
